Baron combines 12 years of industry experience with a proven teaching ability to provide high quality and realistically accurate training experiences that encourage and challenge participants to break through to new levels of excellence and impact in their work.
He owns and manages WolFang Digital, a film making and training studio. He has conducted courses at University Malaysia Kelantan, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, The Royal Military College, Saito College and International Medical University.

The Trainer
Mr. Baron is the owner of WolFang Digital, full-time professional videographer and part-time lecturer with Saito College. He is also a Grass Valley accredited Edius Prime Trainer who has earned the coveted Silver Pin which authorises him to deliver the Edius Prime advanced Video Editing course anywhere in the world.
Baron has conducted Video Editing training for The Royal Military College in 2009 where he graduated a number of their teaching staff. His team was called in again to provide further training for The Royal Military College. He has also given Videography training to the country’s national insurance company, MNRB Holdings Bhd.
Baron has been teaching Videography and Digital Video Production at the renowned Saito College since June 2009.
His clients include international brand names like APM Holdings Bhd, UniAsia Life Assurance Bhd, Public Bank Bhd, Standard Chartered Bank Bhd, Fleishman Hillard, Premiere Global Services, The Body Shop, Pernod Ricard (owner of Martell VSOP, Chivas Regal, Absolut Vodka), Petra Perdana Bhd, TAJ International College and World Cybergames amongst many. Being active in the corporate video production world constantly exposes him to unique challenges.
Not forgetting to enter his masterpieces for competitions, Baron won the Cyberjaya Digital Video competition in 2003 for his entry ‘BMW X5′.
Mr. Baron is also an accomplished video editor and excels as a motion graphics director. He has edited many videos that he himself shot. Being a skilled scriptwriter as well, Baron is a master all-rounder who has the ability to complete a video production project from script to screen
