3D Cinematography @ Cinecast 3D 2011

WolFang Digital will be at Cinecast 3D 2011. See the latest S3D products from Panasoic, JVC, Red Digital Cinema and 3Ality. On The Spot for Redberry Launch

That was our setup: I directed while Sai Bee filmed and the rest of our team did their thing. Nothing prepared us for our guest of honour: Jonah Lomu, the famed New Zealand Classic All Blacks Rugby player. The brawny frame of Mr. Lomu arrived at our set with Kassandra Kassim (Chief Creative Officer, Redberry). The interview was conducted and edited. Well, sort of edited… Kassandra wanted the interview to be 7 minutes long, apparently reflecting the 7 Days program that Redberry acquired. Continue reading

Mixing it up with Pitbull

It was a sensational night. We were entertained by DJ Blink and Xu, DJ Roger Shah, Grammy Award Winning Italian DJ Benny Benassi, Hard Dance Queen DJ Lisa Lashes and Mr. MIAMI himself, Pitbull. The party was Chivas 12 Hours. An eagerly anticipated event where 6 internationally acclaimed DJs performed for 12 hours to a crowd of more than 6,000 party goers. This night was significant to us because we shot it with two cameras: Canon EOS 7D and Sony EX3. This is a HD production with a dedicated video camera and a DSLR.
